Question road noise reduction on the cheap?

With in the next month or 2 I will be getting my inner cab corners patched up and since Im welding them in my entire cab minus the dash is coming out. seeing a post on here with rhino lined the inner cab I want to put some sound mat down or equivalent to the floor. but what is the best bang for the buck? lizard skin would be my favorite but is pricey and i don't have an air compressor. I asked the guy at advanced auto and he was ither high or just real stupid.so rattle can stuff or sound mat? which would be the best for the floor with out spending 100 bucks?

If you only do the floor go and get some spray on bed liner. That is what my brother used on his T-bird and could not hear a thing.

I found a roll of sound/heat insulation with the mylar backing at PepBoys for @ $30 don't know the size off hand but easily enough to do the floor on my supercab. It works great on my doors. Got rid of all the rattles and speaker noise. I plan to coat the floor with bedliner for rust proofing and then glue the mat down on the floor, roof and back panel. It's nice having that insulation in the hot and cold. 96% radiant heat reflection.

Wish we had a Pepboys or anything like them. **** man that is cheap enough. If you use bedliner you want spray on. Easier to get the cracks and crannies.
