Replacing rear cab mounts on a '90 x-cab
Okay, so I had the body shop fix the frame and rear cab damage after being rear ended (pics in build thread), but after I put the bed on the body lines still didn't match up. Took it back to the shop and was told the rear cab mounts were sagging pretty badly...so I ordered a poly body mount set from Energy Suspension...
Started on removing the old bushings today, and the passenger side came out pretty easily. The driver's side, however, is a complete PITA. Dropped the front fuel tank to access it and can get to the bottom nut, but I rounded off the bolt head inside the cab. Can I just cut it off inside the cab with a sawzall and still get the bottom part off? Anybody else run into this replacing the rear mounts or putting on a body lift? Ideas?

Got an easy out...afraid to use it though because they seem to snap off pretty easily. Finally found a couple of threads on FSB and got the idea to file the bolt so a smaller hex might fit it...at any rate, I'm giving it another night to soak in PB Blaster.
The other problem is that I need bolt out so I can thread a puller into the bottom nut/washer assembly to remove the bottom bushing and get the sleeves pulled apart...

Finally got the bolt out! Let it soak in PB blaster for a few days and put a new 6 point impact socket on it...worked like magic! Now hopefully my body lines match up once I get the new poly bushings in...
