Default Rebuilt speedometer source?

'95 F150 4x4 Been putting up with the jumping speedo for quite a while now and ready to fix the blasted thing! The VSS on the rear end has been replaced with no change. Turning the wheels with a finger in the VSS hole feels like the tone ring is ok with no missing teeth.
ABS light not on and tranny shifts good.
Seems like 3 or 4 years ago I saw a post on here about a good source for a rebuilt speedo but can't find it now. That should cure the jumping, right?

Ebay, I found a tach for my ranger, I am sure you can find a speedo on there, or
search Craigslist for a parts truck. Also, cant remember but if there is a cable possibly from the back of the speedo it might need to be lubed.

Thanks. Was hoping for a reman so I wouldn't end up with the same jumping issue I have now due to a bad PSOM. Looks like the ones with a tach are pretty scarce

Default 1993 speedometer issues

I just replaced my VSS and swapped in a cluster from a 1992. The speedometer no longer bounces, and the odometer seems to work. The speedometer isn't showing the correct speed. It doesn't bounce now, but wants to remain in the 10 to 20 mph range even when I go what seems to be 50 mph. There is NOT... repeat... NOT a transmission mounted sensor. This thing baffles me. Please... any help is IMMENESLY appreciated. Any thoughts?

By the way... it's a 1993 F150 XLT with a 300 6 efi.... m50d-r2 tranny... 4x4.
