Default radiator leak

I just noticed a slight radiator leak this morning when i had my truck warming up. Its coming from the passengar side lower corner. Im wondering if some stop leak will fix it or i should just get a new radiator, money is sort of tight since im spending $1000 on my steering column at the moment.

I've used stop leak before and it has worked for a time but my main problem with it is it can clog your heater core and cause other problems. My recommendation is if money is tight keep an eye on it and the level but don't go for to long.

Only in a pich, like if your way out in the back roads, and there are only Omish farmers around, an egg or too will cook to fill larger holes. But only a temporary fix to get you to town. You only want the white not the yoke. Not practical by any means or a good idea

Mine's been leaking from the same place almost this whole winter. I've been too cold/lazy to do anything about it. I've just been keeping an eye on the level, I lose about a quart every two weeks or so.

You also run the risk of blocking coolant passageways win the head. Not worth it in my opinion.

Back when I was in my teens and had no money, my Dad had me put black pepper in the radiator to stop some small leaks.

Granted it did stop the pinhole leaks for a few days, but certainly not a long term solution LOL.
