Default Problem with 1989 F150 5.0

i just got it running after a year or so of sitting
i put new spark plugs cleaned da KN airfilter, had to redo all the broke body bushings, new fuel pump, new starter etc etc you know the works :P

so i got it to crank but real rough back firing and ****
so i found the #1 position matched it to #1 on the disturber, and she kinda smoothened out she will run on her own with out any gas now
but if u try to drive it she doesnt have enough power for it to drive gotta floor it when u let out the clutch and it only hits like 1,000 rpms.. what could be the problem?

That's within specs. I'd check the codes next, probably would have done that first.
