Default Power windows won't go down...

My power windows won't go down in my '92 standard cab... driver's side didn't work when I got the truck (5-6 months ago), then the passanger window stopped working round 3 weeks ago... I first took the pannel off to replace the passanger side speaker, while I was doing that I looked at the controls for the window and lock and there's gotta be 25+ wires coming out of there... so if you guys could help me, I don't know where to start... help it's getting hot in Michigan... lol

fuses ?

does it do anything at all when you hit the button ?
do you hear the motor trying to start or anything ?
take the motors out and try them on a battery.

then go on from there. wires cut somewhere ? button not working.
window arm came lose ? could be a lot of things lol

I don't hear anything when I'm pushing either one of buttons... what I thought since both went out, it could possibally be the fuse...

Unplug the motor and put 12v and ground to it from a battery. Test leads from a multimeter clamped in the leads of a jumper box work great from this. If nothing happens it's your motor. If it works it's probably your switch, assuming that you have checked your fuses

I only know of the circuitbreaker in the fuse box in the dash... tested that at school and turned out fine... so I guess I'll try to run the motors on a battery then go from there... thank you both for you're help.

when i got the 250 my passenger window wouldn't go up with either switch. replaced the passenger switch with one from the 150 and it works.
