Default possible vacume leak? loud whisteling sound

I recently noticed my '95 f-150 5.8 Windsor makes a loud wbistleing that almost sounds like a turbo diesel whistle, it usually does it when it shifts around 45 mph and then just randomly. Sometimes it only lasts a second or two but other times its for like a minute straight at the longest. Any ideas what the hell it is? I've had a couple of my buddies who are due hard ford mechanics say could be a possible vacuum leak but I can't pinpoint where it is cause it only does it when I'm driving, and I have no check engine light or any other lights on either.

Take a look at your throttle body and IAC valve and clean them both out if they have buildup.
