by pass the rear anti lock brake system?

Default by pass the rear anti lock brake system?

ok if i change out my rear that has this with one that doesnt is there a way to by pass it or remove it so the light doesnt come on?

Just a smart allick answer, remove the bulb. This is not my normal response to a persons question, but it does fit. The truck has been altered so why not?

Thats probably what I would do or if there is a fuse you can get rid of.

yeah but when the dmv puts the key in and checks for the anti lock brake light and it dont show you will fail yeah i already know that to take the bulb out but to do it the corect way is there any way i can take the anti lock brake system out

and if you remove the sensor it could cause breaking problems which isnt so good in my book

2 thoughts about it (haven't tryed it yet though). THere's an RABS controller block, which can be disconnected, and there's another RABS unit on the frame, which can be "bypassed" with some custom brake line adapter. In this case i think nothing will affect the breaking.

i disconected all power to every thing unplugged the fuse something is telling the light to show up is there a computer some where in side the cab?

I can't remember exactly now. It looks like a black box about 1 inch high, 6-7 wide and 4 deep.. WIth a sticker "made in Mexico" on it . I'll try to make a picture of it this evening.
