Default Odd Clutch Behavior (pedal to floor when hot)

I have a 1992 F150 4x4 with 5 speed manual transmission. The clutch works great until I travel ~20 miles at highway speeds (~65/70 mph). Upon exiting highway the clutch goes to the floor. I can pull up pedal with foot and pump to get a little bit of clutch. Once cool the clutch works great again.

I've replaced the pedal bushings and the bushing to the master cylinder rod.

The fluid level is fine and there is NO fluid on ground or on bell housing.

Anybody have a solution for this?

Master/slave? I hope it is not the slave cylinder.

Thanks,
David
