Need help finding shock LOWER bracket?
I have a 1996 F150 with quad shocks. 4 wheel drive. My shock towers are shot. Been putting it off but drivers side totally blew out the top.
I already bought the shock towers and 4 new shocks. Come to think of it now I should have saved a ton of money and swapped out to the single shock set up.
Anyway, the studs on the front shock lower mounts snapped right off. I've been looking around and have read this is common. Problem is I can't find them anywhere.
I know I can put it all back together with just the rear shocks but after spending money on the front 2 shocks and the extra $160 on the quad shock towers I want to use them all 4.
In LMCs catalog you can see the part in the diagram but it isn't highlighted or numbered for sale. Anyone know where I can get these?
