Default near stall

Well the 90 5.0 was running pretty rough this morning... it felt as if I was running low on gas, but I wasn't...
It only does this when it is raining. I think water is getting in the fuel... but I'm not sure how...

Anybody know how to fix this?

Check inside the distributor cap for moisture. I owned a Landcruiser 30+ years ago that wouldn't start due to moisture forming overnight in the distributor cap. I had to pull the cap every morning and put it in a warm oven for 5-10 minutes. (Spraying WD-40 inside the cap didn't work). Afterward, the engine fired right up without fail, but it was a pain in the butt just the same.
