O yeah. If it's flooded there is to much gas in the and not enough air to combust

What color is the bottom of the plug? I would pull the rest and turn it over to get all that gas out of there

My spark plugs look similar to the second pic in that link. Guys, are these the fuel pump and pcm relays??

After some more research I found out they are. The green one is the fuel pump relay and the brown one is for the PCM. When I turn on the key I can hear my fuel pump run for a couple seconds as usual. Would that rule out a bad fuel pump relay? Also, what is a symptom of a bad PCM relay?

Can't tell you the symptoms, but if the connectors are the same, remove the FP relay and plug the PCM relay into it and see if you hear the FP energize as you do now. That will let you know if the PCM relay is bad.

this could be something as simple as not getting vacuum to the MAP sensor while cranking. you need to make sure you got everything plugged back in and none of the hoses are broken.

when you checked for spark what color was it? it needs to be a Blue Snappy spark.

at this point I'd check for injector pulses. if you have fuel and spark it's got Air so it should start. if you unhooked the main injector harness make sure you plugged it back in fully and it snapped.

you can check injector pulses with a NOID light or rig one with an LED bulb.

quick test would be to open the throttle and spray some gumout carb cleaner in there (2 second shot) and then crank.... does it fire then?

EDIT: you do know #1 cylinder is on the passenger side first cylinder right? a lot get the drivers side on a Ford confused....

Thanks for the suggestions dr. Bowtie. All my vacuum hoses are new and the map sensor is plugged in. All electrical plugs that I know of have been reconnected. I don't remember the color of the spark, but I tried spraying some starting fluid in the intake before cranking and nothing. Also I know that the front cylinder on passenger side is #1

Also I just tried switching the relays, and unfortunately you can't. The connections look the same but the plug is made so they'll only connect to one or the other
