Ok guys...I need help here. I got a compression gauge and found tdc compression of #1 cylinder. I turned the timing marks till it lined up with 10°. Popped off the distributor cap and the rotor was pointing right at #1 post on the cap. So my timing seems right on. I pushed in the valve on the fuel rail, got a lil spurt of gas out. I checked for spark, it was sparking @ the #1 spark plug. My truck still won't start!!!!! I'm at a loss.

When I took the upper & lower intakes off I forgot to unhook my battery. This couldn't hurt anything, right?

Yea it could. With that being said, there's an electrical problem to chase down.

Have you tried un hooking your battery yet? That might slice the issue.

Valid point. Just to see what your truck does, disconnect the battery (ground post) and turn on your headlight switch and let it sit for a few hours and see what it does.

Could I have messed up my computer or something? I checked all the fuses, they look good.

Dam that sucks. Well before taking it into a shop I would pull everything back apart and check gaskets and connections

I had to pull the upper intake off again when I had to fix my leaky injectors. I made sure everything was plugged back in that I had to unplug. Thanks though!
