Default 1995 Lift Kit Options

Hi everybody, this is my first post on the forum, although I do look on it all the time for how to and advice for my pickup. I have a 1995 F150 4WD. It's a supercab and a long bed. For a while now I have been doing research on 6 inch lift kits and I am finally getting one here soon. I will be running 35X12.5 tires, and I want a quality kit. I think I have narrowed it down to the skyjacker 6in, BDS 6in, and tuff country 6in lift. Does anybody have these on their rigs right now? Are they happy with them? What is different about them? I am leaning toward the skyjacker because all the skyjacker lift's I see just seem taller, even compared to trucks with the same amount of lift on them. I will also be keeping my TTB up front, just re-gearing down the road. Any input would be nice and help make my decision easier, thank you so much.

I am in the process of putting a 4 inch BDS lift on my 95. I cant say how it rides after since I am working on it now but I know the parts are VERY heavy duty. Plus with the warranty from BDS I think they are one of the best.

Right on brother, it will look good. If you are up to it let me know how it rides after you get all set up. I do like the BDS warranty.

I have a 4 inch bds with extended arms, I also ended up adding procomp leaves later on. It rides great. I haul *** through fields and over rough intersections all the time, it takes it great.

My buddy has a 95 f150 short bed supercab same as me he has a 4 inch suspension running 35s. Minimal rubbing just needs wheel spacers or a smaller backspacing on the rims for no rubbing.

The rims I plan on putting on are 15X 10 with -44 backspacing which should work fine!

I have 4" plus the air bags on the rear --- no problems. I run stock tires for that "old school" look and a lot less rumble and noise
