No start after driven
Hey guys this is my first post here and am hoping somebody can help me figure out what's going on with my pickup. It's a 95 F150 4wd with the 5.8. The truck has 195k on it and has never given me any problems until about 2 days ago. It's having problems starting after being driven. First thing in the morning it fires right up like always and doesn't have any problems when actually driving. But when I park it for let's say 20 minutes and try and start it again it will crank just not turn over. A few times it's sounded almost deprived of fuel and kind of bogs out. I've noticed after driving it and getting the temp up I can park it, shut it off, and fire it up right away again. It's only if I let it sit for a few minutes it doesn't start again. Once I give the truck time to cool off it fires right back up. Doesn't seem to make much difference if I'm on the front or rear tank and I can hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key. I've thought maybe distributor? Any body have any ideas?

Check the fuel lines to see how close they are to any exhaust shield.

Check the vacuum line on the f/p regulator for fuel smell.
Also maybe a sticky injector is flooding it while it's parked ? Try some seafoam engine treatment or injector cleaner in the tank.
Not quite consistent with the usual ignition symptoms, but go heat it up, let it sit then check for spark.
There's somewhere to start anyway.

mine does the same thing. It has brand new battery, and terminals. I upgraded to heavy gage wire, to the selenoid, new wires from the battery to engine, engine to chasis.
I had a problem before of the truck just not turning over, and it was because a relay was oxidized. Check those relays and make sure they are cleaned with a wire brush and electrical contact cleaner
