Basically. What I did was cut off the stock harness plug in and put a couple clips on. Don't know what they are called. But they slide over the positive and ground to run the speaker

When I got my truck it had no radio or front speakers I put my deck in and found some speakers behind the seat and wired em in they blew out so I got Sony x plodes and got some slide clips put em on the end of the wires and plugged em into the speakers it's really easy

And how do the Sony explodes sound as far as base and clarity when turned up loud

They sound pretty good especially for the price they sound great! I don't listen to my music that loud but at 27 (not high at all) they are loud compared to what my old ones were I also have a pioneer deck that may make a difference

I can't wait to put new rear speakers in but that will wait until I get more important stuff for my truck gotta save up I'm gunna get a new fuel pump for the front tank Rancho adjustable shocks, once these tires wear out new tires but not mts just some nice all terrains a receiver hitch and some odds and ends things and an enclosed trailer

See I have a pioneer deck and stock speakers and on 21 it pretty good with base it's pretty clear but my passenger side has been blown since the day I got it

I got my xplodes for $40 at Walmart I love em it was a good investment for audio

Pulled out a forklift with my truck today at work! I forgot to take pictures but it was a good test for my truck! Couldn't get it out in 2wd dropped into 4 and Damn near pulled it across the yard!

Got a brush guard at a pick and pull yard today!! Paid $26 for it and it's in mint condition just dirty!! And yes I know my bumper isn't straight it's alil bent so it doesn't line up right but that didn't affect the guard at all!
