The 4x4 stuff.
Ok so we got in the broncos 3.55 8.8 rear axle installed with the long travel rear shocks and also 1.5 inch angle blocks for pinion angle which also allowed me to use the 6 inch front springs.

The frame.
Ok well we had to replace the last 12 inches of the frame on one side and 8 inches on the other. When we did this we also incorporated the rear crossmember that holds the fuel tank straps this was good because we used 2x2 box and completely got rid of the rotted out leaky space taking up rear tank. That was a nightmare. We had to replace front spring hangers also do to one that wouldn't have lasted 50 miles. When we did that we moved them back about an inch to help my shackle angle.

Here's the rear frame and shackle flip at full droop (learned we need bigger jack stands)

The key to deleting or bypassing a fuel tank. It won't like running without the lines plugged. If you leave them well fuel spills out idk... Everywhere and if you loop them together you will run about as smooth as you would if took out 2 or 3 spark plugs. So you need to plug them.

Here it is, 6 inches of lift 33's, tummy tuck/ belly up tranny and t case set up, 3.55 axles trimmed rear lower fenders, sectioned frame and custom rear drive shaft and all the other fun stuff we have done to it.

So yesterday my father and a buddy (will) and I decided to go out with just my truck and my fathers jeep, and went to a place in plainfield yesterday, for a kind of shake down run on the f-150, which was really just us procrastinating on doing some work that had going on back at the house. But all in all we had a good time and in turn also found some glitch's and gave ourselves some little b.s. stuff to fix, when we get some down time at the house.... well pics!

Decided to play around on some rocks on the side of the trail to get some flex shots.

Then decided that the rock I was on wasn't big enough

Decided to get comfy and take a look at what was going on under my truck to check everything out

And found out my back spacing isn't perfect.... or my bumpstops need adjusting

Just to show springs and shock movement

Took some pictures for ford fullsize forum thread pertaining to the ttb front axle setup and the flex it gets. Figured I'd post my pictures in the build thread.

Couldn't get something big enough to flex it all the way ;D

After playing at a friends farm

This thing I call stock stalking, when you park next to another "whatever you have" but it is stock and your built.

Great work! It was sad to see your Bronco cross-eyed like that. I can relate since I had a similar experience. In the end it was best to just pull off the parts and go our separate ways, as you did.

Question: Why/what did you do to the front bumper? Just cut out the sides for larger tires? Or was it for the look?

I cut the front bumper because with the older nose the bumper wouldn't fit on the sides so I cut them off then afterwards I cut them at angles to give them a little better appearance.
