1994 Dallas Cowboys Limited Edition XLT
Well, I ran across a rare edition one evening and just couldn't resist the truck, especially at the listed price. I can hear the comments already but I am prepared for them... It's a Dallas Cowboys Limited Edition XLT
The guy I bought it from used it as a work truck and was looking to upgrade so I wound up with a truck with only a few minor dents and scratches, not so bad right? Two months after purchase, a blowout on an old country road crushed the rear bed fender, forcing the side up and under the bed.
Almost a year later an impatient driver decided that both sides needed to match and plowed into the opposite side!
So to make a long story short, I am ready to start work on my old girl and get her back into shape, literally. While I am looking at some body work, a new paint job and a few other odds and ends I am wanting to stay "OE" with the Limited Edition aspect.
For starters, I have never been a fan of the tail lights on the 8th and 9th Gen's so I will obviously replace those with some basic Euros and slap a new 3rd brake light in.
I will get some pictures uploaded this afternoon with the starting condition.
Any comments, suggestions or ideas? Let me know, I am open to anything at this point!
-Steve
**Edit - Added photos
I know she is not the prettiest thing on the road, but I have the TLC she needs to get this restoration started! I completely forgot the dash badge, but it is listed as 022 of 900.
Captain's Chairs, Full Power, Tilt, Cruise... Nothing special other than the badges and color...
I apologize in advance for the LQ photos

It's a Canadian thing eh!
I've heard of them, saw one on Car Domain and didn't believe it till I looked it up. Apparently it was tribute to the Cowboys in 93 for beating Buffalo in Superbowl

Yep, it is the real deal. Ran the VIN and it was not a conversion. I am missing 1 of the Limited Edition Badges but I have two on the exterior, and the plate on the dash. Pics will follow this afternoon (need to clean it up a bit on the inside first, lol)

5.8L (351H), Auto, 2wd... Sounds like her! Ironically, I have had 2 other people in the local vicinity say they sold one "just like it a while back", but I purchased from the original owner.
