Default misfire

I have a 95 f150 with the 5.0 has a E303 cam in it and when under 2000 rpm you can feel it misfiring I've replaced coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, maf sensor, tried turning the timing to 12° which it's not misfiring as bad but is running very rich. anybody's help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you don't have a vacuum leak. Replacing the old vacuum lines with new silicone ones is the recommended fix for vacuum leaks. If the miss is at low rpm's, then I would maybe clean and test your idle air control valve and throttle position sensors as well.
