Messed up on my shifter.
Hey, all. I posted in the bronco forum, but nobody could offer any help. Anway, i have a 1990 bronco with the m5odr2 trans. I went to put new shifter bushings in, but i messed up and made a VERY annoying mistake. I left the truck in reverse when i took the shifter out. For the life of me, i cannot figure out how to get the son of a gun back in neutral.
I was somehow able to get it into what i THINK is 4th gear. How I did it? I really could not tell you. Anyway, any advice on fixing my mistake would be GREATLY appreciated. Im sure im not the first to have made this mistake so im sure SOMEBODY can help!
