Default Max payload '95 5.8

Hi! I have a 1995 F150 Longbed 4x2 5.8L and I was wondering what my max payload is. I have to take a huge amount of luggage on a trip, so I need to know. The sticker in my door said this:
GVWR: 6250 LB
Trans: E
AXLE: 19
Springs: L5G
Rear GAWR: 3800 LB
Thanks!

Keep loading untill trailer is full. Hint, labelling "his and hers" helps. On a long grade, if load is to great, start chucking "hers" untill all is good.

Cool. Just out of curiosity, what does all of the 19 mean for the axle?

19 is an 8.8" open rear diff with 3.55 ratio

... and if you have enough luggage to overload that truck, keep the truck, but trade the wife in for a new one!
