yes it does need leveling. the bumper was free. when i got the truck i took it to the trans shop to have it rebuilt and he quoted me a price and i kept talking like i didn't want to spend the money and we got to talking about a bumper he had, he said let me fix the trans and i will give you the damn bumper. it is a warn bumper i peeled the sticker off and rhinoed it and welded the d-rings on it.

thats not true!! i love my winch bumper and ive been slow getting money together for a winch...lol i use it to push ricers out of my way when it snows

Well not every wich bumper looks out of place without the winch, but his has a huge hole that makes it obvious that there's supposed to be one there
