Default 1992 ford f150 4x4 351w

ok so i picked up a 92 ford f150 4x4 exteneded cab with a 351w im the second owner the first owner was my grandfather the body and motor are good the trans is ok it shift a little hard into second and so far hasnt needed anything. so far the plans are to fic the little bit of rust that is on it and to lift it and put bigger tires on it. (any suggestions would be greatly appreciated)

Congrats on the new truck.....Just for giggles check for codes...there's a few sensors that could be causing that hard shifting. www.fordfuelinjection.com Suggestions pertaining to what exactly?

thank you i forsure will check that out and also today the truck is currently in my garage i have a vacuum leak or something becuse the truck wont stay running unless i keep the gas pedal pushed down. Also someone told me something about a bully dog system what exactly does or will it work for my truck?

A bully Dog is a programmer....no, it will not work on your truck.

ok so im trying to figure out a website or something that will help metake outmy emissions and any sensors i dontneed for my truck.i do not neet the e check where i live at and also i wantto delete the vacuum systems i dont need

you pretty much need all the vacuum stuff. you can take out the evap canister just plug that vacuum line on the purge solenoid. you can take off the airpump off and get a shorter belt the number I have is a 6k945 it needs to be 90.2". Leave the egr system on there I took one off and the truck ran like crap. You can also take a cat or two off. I think all that stuff is suposedly illegal to remove but most people do it anyways. open up the intake and exhaust a bit that really seems to help power wise.
