Question Losing Oil and Valve Stem Seals

I have a 1994 5.0L V8 XLT that runs great but is slow losing oil. Its been looked over several times by different mechanics who haven't found a leak anywhere and there is never any spots underneath. My assumption is that the valve stem seals have worn out and have been allowing the oil to be burned. From what I hear its not that hard of a fix and can be done myself. Can anyone shed some light on how to go about replacing them myself? Any online guides or manuals I could look over? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, just in case I hadn't mentioned it earlier. Need to know what type of tools you have and something about your experience. If you prefer send me a PM (private message) or just fire away.

I think I am going to have to do this same process on my 1987 ford f150 5.0l. Could anyone give me some tips please?!
