Update. lstepped away from my crank sensor code for a minute and focused on the O2 issue. Bank1 sensor 1 was busted, replaced that as well as bank 1 sensor 2. With all 3 O2 sensors new, code still appeared.
Checked ground and power for O2 heater circuit, no ground coming from PCM side which is supposed to be ground. Replaced PCM, O2 sensor heater codes went away and truck runs better.
Turned focus to my crank sensor code. Haven't been able to track it down yet. Crank sensor is new. I did get a P0401 (EGR flow insufficient) today, not sure if the crank code is being caused by an issue with the EGR system, something might be sucking air???

Do the OBD2 computers have the same common problem as the OBD1 computers? That is, when pulled from the firewall, opened up and checked for the 3 damaged capacitors. And there is no mistaking the burnt electrical smell.
Might be worth a look.
