Default Looking for pics of a 3" lifted truck with 31's on it

hey rather than browsing 101 pages in the Post a Pic thread, I thought I would just ask if anyone has pics of their truck with a 3" body lift and 31" tires on it? I just want to see the stance difference between mine with 33's.

The person that owned my truck before me had all the work done and I've debated on removing the lift and going back stock, but I think that would be beyond my mechanical scope of things for a weekend project. I am pretty sure the rear end is still running 3.55 gearing, so I am hoping if I switch to 31s I'll get slightly better mileage and response. Right now I'm at 10mpg although I haven't ran a full tank since replacing my coil/wires/plugs/cap/rotor.

Thanks in advance

Suspension lift or Body lift?

Just looking at your truck in the two pictures, it looks like a suspension lift.

Whichever lift you have;
31" tires would give you close to stock performance and fuel mileage.

There will be a lot of space between the top of 31" tires
and the wheel-well with the 3" lift.

mines a body lift. they cut the tips of the frame to make the bumper match up as close to factory look as possible.

that's what I'm afraid of, I don't want it to take away from the look too much. I found a pic of an older Ram Charger with 3" body lift and 31s, it didn't look bad, but wasn't great looking either. I may end up sticking with what I have for a while, and after the tires wear out replace with 31s. Money is tight right now so I can't do too much without selling a bunch of crap to pay for any changes.

You might be able to find someone that will swap you wheels for 31's.. .or you might be able to sell the body lift and swap wheels with someone...
