Default Kill Switch ?

Hi Guys,

Would there be an easy way to install a kill switch in a 94 f150 automatic? I would like to give the truck a little more security since these trucks tend to go missing from time to time. I have to imagine there's a relatively easy way to interrupt something, I am not very mechanically inclined but I know my way around wire cutters and radio shack switches, any recommendations would be awesome.

Thanks
Jon

Easiest way would be to tap into the inertia switch, this will prevent the fuel pumps from coming on. It should be near the passenger kick panel.

okay thanks I'll look into that. I suspect you mean not actually using the switch itself but maybe an interrupt before / after it?

Correct Find I don't recall exactly how it's wired, but if there are only two wires, you can insert an interrupt switch in either.
