Default At hot idle in drive, how many RPMs should it be at?

After finally figuring out what the heck "adjusting the TPS" meant, I think I am finally set regarding drivability and idle. For some reason, I got from somewhere that if I am in drive at a stoplight and the engine is at full operating temperature, it should be 650 RPMs. What range should I look for to verify that I'm good to go?

Sry misunderstood, you will need to have an ohm meter or a volt meter, you will need to take a reading when the butterfly is closed and the sweep of the tps, just google how to test or set ford tps, I just center the tps, works fine for me, you can also adjust the idle screw, and a dirty air bypass affects idle.
