Im an idiot- hood stuck shut.
have a 94 f150 IL6.
got back from the gas station and my washer fluid started pouring out of the bottom of my car, threw open the hood, moved over the black skinny latch that locks the washer fluid and coolant reservoirs in. not sure exactly what it is.
fixed problem, wasn't thinking, slammed the hood shut on top of the long locking mechanism skinny black metal piece thing. now the hood latch is latched, but the latch in the cab of the truck is loose. i tried opening hood, no dice.
tried using leverage with a screwdriver through the grille. no dice.
i can't really think of what else to do and am going to have to wake up early before work to fix it because i'm too tired.
any help is greatly appreciated.
