Sean (the guy that wrote the thread on how to pull codes) usually has better definitions, so maybe he'll chime in later...
33 -- EGR valve opening not detected
63 -- TP circuit below minimum voltage
84 -- EGR solenoid failure
13 -- RPM unable to reach lower test limit
23 -- TP sensor out of range
41 -- O2 sensor lean
73 -- Insufficient TP change
I'd start with the EGR solenoid - If you have a 5.0 or 5.8 liter, it's mounted on the driver's side valve cover (there are 3 solenoids there, it's the front one). Check for good vacuum first - with engine idling, spray starting fluid along the line and all fittings. If idle bumps up, there's your vacuum leak. If that doesn't find a leak, the solenoid is probably bad - cheap part, easy to replace.
Next would be the throttle position sensor - again, if it's on a V8, it'll be on the bottom of the throttle body. You'll need to pull the throttle body to get it swapped, and you'll need a throttle body gasket, and you might as well spray the TB out with carb cleaner while it's off.
The O2 sensor code is likely due to the EGR issues.
RPM limit code could have been input error - I'd fix the 2 main issues, clear codes (disconnect battery negative wire for 5 minutes or so) and see what comes back.

Aliens, your definitions match mine exactly this time.
Most of the trouble seems to be stemming from the TPS. The TPS and EVP get power from the same place, so I'd check them for power first. If the TPS and EVP don't have power, it will give you all of those codes except for maybe the 84, but that can be a separate problem in itself.
