Is there such thing as Idle Relearn on 8th gen f150s. Will reseting codes affect idle

Yes there sure is an idle relearn. When my battery cable came loose and was giving the truck no power, the first thing that happened when I got it back together was it just stalled after 3 seconds in park. Next time I started it it ran really rough for about 10 seconds before starting to smooth out. By a minute, it was back to normal

And what nice taste in trucks you have

Yes, assuming you have no Vac leaks or other active error codes. Sometimes clearing the KAM by disconnecting the battery will do it, but if that doesn't work, you can basically re-range the the idle w/ the IAC. This also assumes nobodies tampered w/ the throttle adjustment.
