Default i have a lug pattern other than 5x5.5, problem!

I bought a truck from my neighbors family. The truck has sat for several years. I've got it all back together and running now. The truck had factory Ford 17 inch rims. From the bit of research I've done it looks like the rims may have come off of a lightning truck. My neighbor used to have all 4 rims on the truck, I can only get 3 on for some reason on one side it seems like the wheel studs are spaced just a few hairs to far apart. I've measured all the other wheel studs on my truck measure 3.5 inches minus 1mm from outside to outside of stud. The 5x5.5 measure 3.5 inches plus 2 mm which is just a bit 2 big for my rim. My truck is a 4x4. Where and what year can I find the correct wheel hub so I can get my last rim on my truck. My truck is a 1994 with manual hubs. I've measured all different years even a 95 at the junk yard. Please ant info will help

I can't figure out how this is possible! It's on the front that you have this wrong bolt pattern!? Take a pic of the hub that is the wrong pattern and one of the other side! Also of the wheels your trying to use. I suspect that one wheel is from a 97-03 f150.

When I search the part number on that wheel (f75a-1007-ec) they definitely appear to be from a '97-03 truck.

Here are some pictures of the rim and the hub, I've got the hub I removed off the truck, plus one I removed from a 1995 from the junk yard I went and measured every 4x4 truck I could in 2 different yards and couldn't find the one that I need. All 4 rims have the same size holes that one side is the only side I can't get any of the rims on they all go on all the other sides, and the center hubs that hold the wheel studs look exactly the same on both side. But for some reason its a 5x5.5 on the one side that doesn't work, and something just a tad smaller on the side that does work. The rims are Ford 17x7.5 The numbers say 17x7.5j 14mm inset. If in fact it does come from a 1997 then what is that lug pattern, and how does one side of my truck match and the other does not, as well as my rear axle shafts lug pattern matches these rims

'97-03 use a 5x135 (approx 5.3") pattern. You keep quoting odd measurements in your results. Follow this guide to correctly measure the pattern:

Are you talking about the wheels or the truck? That's approximately right for a 5x135mm pattern which the wheels should be. I can't tell you why you were able to bolt on some of the wheels and not others, unless somebody tried to drill in a new pattern. Not sure what to suggest here.
