Default Some price guesses

I new here. I might have a chance to get a stored 1990 F150 Lariat or XLT 4wd with 40,000 miles on it. V8 manual with a little rust on 1/4 panels. I'd like to make it a nice looking driver, not a show or race car.
I know everything costs way more than originally planned and you can spend as much as you want on any given thing. But, do you have any guesses on what it might cost for:
A decent paint job with a little body work.
Dual exhaust with headers
A little bit of lift kit enough for a decent set of wheels and tires. Do shocks come with the lift kit? (I haven't been around tires that much since they've been using height of tires for the size, ie 33")
What am I leaving out?
I need to have some idea so I know what I'm getting into.

Probably alot. Body work depending on how much can be 400-1000. Paint is around 800-1000 lift is 300-400 depends on lift whether you get springs.. Tires, a good set 800-1300 plus rims. Friend just got duals for 400..
