Default Worn Suspension components and leveling kits.

I have a 1994 F150 4x4 ext can with the 302 V8, some of the front end suspension components are worn out, and it looks like I'm riding with the bottom of the tires, leaning out, (toe out?) I notice the inside of my front tires wearing slightly, I know I need to replace U joints and other components in that area, I've done it before. But my question is, does a leveling kit make the tires lean toe in? Because I have a 2 inch leveling kit, that I could throw in, that might fix the tire wear situation, and I don't think I would need an alignment after I added the kit.... What do y'all think of this plan? I don't want to have to do U joints and tie Rods..... Thanks!

To have a.true alignment. You need your ball joints to not be warn. And tie rods may cause that wear Sewell as warn springs etc. Etc etc. Levelling kit won't improve toe problem

so what ya got are some tires lookin like this /--\ and what you're after is the appropriate camber which would be |--| Odds are you just have some worn springs and shocks. You can put the leveling kit in but you're still running on tired springs and shocks. But it may bring your wheels closer to being right. U joints don't effect any of your alignment, however Ball Joints will.
And it always recommended after any major suspension work to get an alignment.

Ball joints! That's what I was thinking of! I couldn't for the life of me remember the name, I just tried to work around it.... I know they need to be replaced... I just don't want to! It's a pain and I'm a little lazy..... About the tires looking like \---/, it's just the inside edge\---\ so need the top of the tire to lean out, so it's more straight up and down. I think I'll give the leveling kit a try and see what happens!

If I read you correctly you have negative camber ( top edge in bottom edge out like a low rider Honda ). Like they said new ball joints , springs and shocks followed by a good alignment. Toe in would look like the tires are turning toward each other. ( look at your feet and point your toes inward towards each other ). A lift on a normal front end will move the camber toward positive but if you have worn parts they won't align true and you will have steering problems.
