High mileage oil
I have a 1989 f150 with just a lil over 100,000 miles and ive been using Castrol GT High Mileage oil but i was wondering if there was any better oils that would keep her running better longer

nope...all oils these days are junk....
Brad Penn (The Green Oil) is about the closest to good oil other than Amsoil that you will see...
you can make yours better by adding the Lucas ZDDP additive...
