Herculiner in bed and on rocker panels?

Herculiner in bed and on rocker panels?
Has anyone applied Herculiner to the rocker rails? My local line-x wants $1400 to do both the bed and the rocker panels. Just the bed was $450. I wanted to do this because rust in starting to show and growing fast over the rear wheels and the bottom of the extended cab.

1400 is insane. I got qouted 400 for the rockers. Herculiner seems to be a real good product and I have seen a guy coat all of his exterior accesories in it and has no problems besides a little fading and he just used a coat of spray paint to fix it.
