Unhappy Truck runs rough, replaced quite a bit,Out of ideas & still have the following codes

Well I have done/replaced the last/rear 02, egr valve, spark plugs, wires, distrib cap, cleaned the maf and some other work that I can't recall as it's been a bit. Now truck is running rough again and I have these

P0411
P0401
P0420
P0300

I'm sure a few are related (pretty sure seen a few of these before I did all that) but anyhow hopefully one can knock another out. I'm really hoping someone can put the pieces together like a puzzle I guess lol. Even without a code I can tell you it has a misfire, I can hear it pop in the exhaust . I'm really at a loss for what to do next, since most of what I can think of is done, wondering if my egr sensor itself could be bad too?

Engine is the 4.9 300
Truck is a 96 so OBD II

Thanks a ton in advance

Default

P0411-- Secondary air injection system incorrect flow detected
P0401-- EGR insufficient flow
P0420-- Catalyst system efficiency below threshold Bank1
P0300-- Random/multiple misfire

This is one of the sites I use to find and explain the causes and remedies for OBII codes
