Default Has anyone installed a light bar on their truck?

I've been toying with the idea of either a 50" for the window or a 21" for the grill. I'm just curious if anyone what has done this. Do they even make brackets that will fit our body style?

I haven't installed it yet but I was testing out placement with a 20"

Wow that's a 20"? I may need bigger then. I've been debating on either putting a bar behind the grill, putting SD or similar sized lights in my bumper or getting some old school KC lights and putting them... Somewhere.

I was thinking of putting mine on the top of a back rack and some hella 500s in front of the grill

Not a light "bar" per se, but I put these behind the bumper and they do provide a lot of extra light for those dark early morning drives to work! Haven't had any issues blinding oncoming traffic either so I can drive with them on all the time.

I was thinking about doing something like this with some of those smaller LED pods. I have the same bumper. Are yours mounted to the plastic or did you fab mounts that attach to the bottom of the bumper?

I made some brackets out of square aluminum tubing. Fairly easy to do and they seem pretty solid. I took the bumper off to get better access. Here's a couple of pics:
