Default Hard shifting into 1st, 2nd, and sometimes 3rd

i have a 1992 f150 4x4 with the mazda 5 speed OD transmission, as the title says its hard to shift into 1st and 70% of the time 2nd is hard, and for the first time today it was hard to shift into 3rd, the problem goes away after the truck "warms up" and today it was really bad, it took both arms and all my body weight to shift into first, i never really thought much of it till i came across a thread hear about it, and then i looked into it more, and asked around some other places and was told it could be the syncros between the gears?

im kinda stumped an any help would be awesome

thanks in advance

I would drain the fluid and put new fluid in and see if that doesn't fix it before pulling the transmission.

it was the clutch master, it went all the way out today, i ended up driving the truck to the dump, then from the dump to autozone all the way having to pump 20-30 times to get it to shift, then from autozone with no clutch at all, having to turn the truck off to stop and start it in gear to go, and timing my shifting right, managed to avoid grinding gears the whole time, took me 20 minutes to replace it, and 10 minutes to bleed it.
