Yes, But GT40's dont have smog pump holes. Not sure if you have emissions requirements or not. (I haven't lived in Montreal in 14 years.)

yes.. being they're true gt40s and not gt40ps.

may need headbolt bushings only if they came off a 351W. 5.8's use a bigger head bolt.

Assuming that the picture shows the correct part, it is GT40's and not GT40P's Also the part number given matches GT40's

Let me jump in for a second to provide clarification. Pre-96 GT40 heads have the smog holes. 96-up GT40 heads do not have the smog holes.

You would be taking a step backwards. The truck intake flows way more than a Cobra intake. The truck intake is the best stock 5.0 intake ever made by Ford.

More Clarification on that, Part# F3ZE-AA (in the CL listing) has smog pump holes. So OP is in luck if he needs emissions.
