I think you can try bending the pins opposite ways that are on the bottom.

Bent the tabs over backwards and then sideways if that makes sense

Makes no sense to me.. Instead of the positve wire on one side you bend it over to the other side, then bend the negative wire to side where the positive was?

On the new led bulb there is four metal strips which controls the bulb. Two one front and back. So basically you bend them so the back is at the front and front is at the back. And then u bend them side ways to the other wires position lol. I will take a pic later

just bought enough to do the cargo light, map light and the glove box light. going to wait until spring until doing the others its do damn cold out to do anything!
