Default Replacing Headlights

I ordered some new headlights from Amazon last week, and Im going to put them in within the next few days. I know how to remove the bezels to access the lights, but is there anything I should know about installing the new lights? Any tips or suggestions?

I'm also going to replace all bulbs while I have them out. Are there any recommendations for the headlight bulbs that will make the beams from a stock housing brighter?

I'll post pics too!

Just be sure to aim the headlights properly once installed

They are adjustable and if they are aimed wrong, people will assume you have your brights on or your truck will look like a cross eyed kid...

Dont HID's need a ballast or some other kit? Or can you get bulbs that go into the regular lights?

And how do you aim/make sure they are correctly aimed?

You can get normal halogens, yes. HIDs do require the ballast and and such. I thought they were always so complicated until I actually did it, turns out they're easy as pie and have a GREAT improvement on light. You just have to aim them a bit so they aren't blinding to everyone
