Is there anyone that has done a Auto trans to a manual trans? that has had success doing it. I have the crossmember off a 94 manual and one off a 92... they are shorter across. Is this because they frames and different on a manual and an auto? or is it because of the year diiferance?

Probably different transmissions or bracketry, the frame is the same. I swapped my '87 4 speed for a '96 5 speed. Different crossmembers for those too.
