Question Fuel pressure regulator?

When I first start my truck it takes for ever to go through the gears. Its extremely sluggish for about ten minutes even when I let it sit for about five minutes andvwarm up. Is it my f.p.r.? It seems like it isn't getting enough fuel.

Any suggestions?

Have fuel pressure measured, and read the codes. There's a small (something looks like a tire air valve) at the fuel ramp. You'll need a measuring tool for this operation.
Here's how to read the codes - https://www.f150forum.com/f10/how-retrieve-trouble-codes-obdi-10907/
