How do I get the plastic dash cover off in order to get to the Front/Rear fuel tank switch? Mine has fallen back into the dash and I cannot figure out how to get the plastic dash cover off so that I can repostion the switch.

Also, the needle that indicates which gear the transmission is in does not move at all, how do I get to that in order to fix the problem?
