Default Front bumper removal

I used the search feature here, but to no avail. I bought my truck with a banged up bumper and recently got a newer one in much better shape, I was wondering if anyone had a how to type of deal on how to remove the bumper? I looked under and I just couldn't figure it out.

4 bolts holding it to the frame. Easier than falling off a log

PB Blaster will be your best friend man. Aside from that, the hardest part is going to be turning the nuts.

remember to get a jack or two so you don't get a bumper in the nuts
or a good friend.
