Default First pickup

Hi all,

I am a complete novice when it comes to trucks. I just picked a 1995 F-150 ext cab 4x4 with 122,000 miles on it. With the exception of the normal rust and a few creaks and groans, the truck seems to be in a fairly good shape. It will mostly be used for hauling stuff, camping and some winter driving.

The previous owner installed new plugs, plug wires and cap. I am planning on changing all of the fluids (oil, transmission, front and rear diff and transfer case) and filters. The truck did not come with an owners manual. Can anyone tell me what the recommended fluids are for this vehicle and how much of each does it take?

Also, what other things should I be concerned about?

Thank you.
sb

Check all of the normal fluids as you plan and go grab a $5 can of Sea Foam. Or maybe 2

Trust me, it's great.
