Ok so i went to home depot and lowes and theres no mesh long enoughbfor the grill. Where else could i try? Or does anyone have some laying around?

I was going to sugget Home Depot and Lowes but I guess you already tried that. Next place would be a metal scrap yard, plenty of pickings there.

Well it's kinda a raptor take off... Basically, mesh grille like what was done in this tread already, but either spray in silver or chrome FORD on the mesh to look like the Raptor, or do the mesh then use painted plexiglass or the like and use that to do the FORD in the grille. I'm not sure yet still tossing ideas up in my head before I make a final decision
