Default Failed emissions

Hi, I've got 94 f150 4.9 L 230k miles Ycode engine that failed AZ emissions because high co & HC. I replaced ecm then removed & replaced battery cables
I replaced Distrib cap & rotor, wires & plugs, vac lines, pcv valve,o2&sensor,catalyic converter, egr valve, gasket, position sensor&solenoid, changed oil &filter air filter and ran decarbonizer thru system. I get code 173 running rich from o2 sensor. From idle if you go light on pedal it will miss but not at the rest of travel. What is a bank 1 from codes and what is causing the problem? If I rev a couple times I get black smoke from tail pipe. Help!

Try to clean coolant temp sensor, check wires and make sure they are not corroded, I had that problem in my old 92, the wire in the connector was corroded so much it ate the wire, the truck did run rich, took apart connector, resoldered wires, ran good again.

And if you still cant pass emissions I know a little secret to pass.

You don't have bank 1 or 2 codes. Do a fuel pressure test, possible leaky injectors. Possible bad TPS.
