Default Emissions

I I have a 1990 f150 with a 302 5 speed. I have to have emissions done but all of the exhaust fell off up to the cats including muffler. Can I still pass emissions. I live in Colorado

So you want to know if you can pass an emissions test with just the cat on the truck?

Why don't you ask the DMV in Colorado?

Look up your emissions regulations, I think you might at least need a pipe so they can insert the sniffer tool.

In south Canada, they just check whats coming out the pipe. They don't check gas cap pressure and they don't care whether your CEL is on or not.
